Master Gianfranco Pace

Master Gianfranco Pace (born in 1969) began practising Chen-style Taijiquan as a teenager under the guidance of Master Shi Rong Hua. After more than ten years of practice, he travelled to Chenjiagou, the birthplace of Taijiquan, in 2001 to study with Master Chen Xiao Xing and other 19th-generation masters of the Chen family.

In 2003, he founded ITKA (International Taijiquan Kung Fu Association), developing a teaching method that combines tradition and innovation.

Invited to teach across Europe, the United States, South America, and Asia, he has collaborated with internationally renowned masters, encouraging dialogue between different styles and promoting Taijiquan worldwide.

In 2017, following his teaching experience in China, ITKA was recognised as a high-level Taijiquan school.
